Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Associate Attorney to join our General Liability practice group. The ideal candidate will represent clients in complex civil litigation matters. This position offers an opportunity to work with a collaborative team of experienced attorneys handling a diverse docket of cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Discovery & Motion Practice: Draft pleadings, discovery requests, responses, and dispositive motions.
• Client & Carrier Communication: Counsel clients and insurance carriers on risk exposure, liability assessment, and ongoing case strategy.
• Legal Research: Conduct thorough research on case law and statutes relevant to personal injury and casualty defense

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in New York
• 2+ years of experience, preferably in Personal Injury, General Liability, Catastrophic Injury, or Transportation
• Exceptional communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to integrate into a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
