CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR - COSTRUCTION

We are seeking a Contract Administrator to join a top of their game client. This role involves managing contracts throughout their life-cycle. From inception to compliance and ensuring alignment with both company policies and legal standards. The Contract Administrator is responsible for reviewing contractual documents to ensure compliance with company policies, departmental specifications, and master agreements. The ideal candidate has previous experience managing contracts, identifying high risk contract language, familiar with legal requirements and possibly Paralegal background.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant education
  • Paralegal experience a plus
  • Construction contract management experience
  • Experience with drafting, redlining, negotiating commercial contracts Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts
  • Experience maintaining an organized contract management system for easy access and tracking
  • Experience providing guidance to internal stakeholders on contract terms and conditions
