If you're the scheduler everyone calls when a project needs a plan, I want to talk to you.

I'm partnering with a respected general contractor that is looking to add a Scheduling Manager to lead its entire scheduling department throughout the Dallas area.

They're looking for a leader who can set scheduling standards, mentor schedulers and build CPM schedules for vertical building projects.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the scheduling department
• Set scheduling standards and best practices
• Build and review CPM schedules for vertical building projects
• Mentor and develop schedulers
• Support project teams with updates, recovery plans and delay analysis
• Report schedule status and risk to leadership

What You Bring

• Senior GC-side scheduling experience on vertical building projects
• Team or department leadership experience
• Expert Primavera P6 skills
• Strong CPM and delay analysis knowledge
• Clear communication with project teams and leadership
• Owner-side or heavy civil-only backgrounds are not a fit
