What You’ll Do

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders, and client relationships
• Oversee project teams, field leadership, and subcontractor coordination
• Drive project execution, problem-solving, and accountability
• Mentor Project Managers, APMs, and emerging talent
• Maintain a high standard of service that leads to repeat business

• Project management experience with a commercial general contractor
• Proven success leading ground-up and/or renovation projects
• Strong financial management and operational instincts
• Ability to lead teams while keeping projects on track
• Professional presence with owners, architects, and internal leadership
