Job Description

Step into a Safety Director role where your decisions matter. This structural steel fabrication company runs three local shops and is hiring immediately. Reporting directly to leadership, you'll be responsible for safety at all three locations.

What you'll do

• Investigate incidents and run inspections and audits to keep every shop OSHA compliant
• Report safety performance and trends to leadership
• Direct the safety program across all 3 fabrication shops and build on it
• Get ahead of hazards and drive corrective actions
• Develop crews and shop leaders through safe fabrication training

What we're looking for

• Command of OSHA standards
• Steel erection safety experience will also be considered
• Ability to lead safety across multiple local sites
• Safety leadership experience in structural steel fabrication or a comparable industrial/manufacturing environment

Compensation & benefits

• $100K–$120K base salary
• Bonus based on company performance
