Commercial Litigation Attorney – Location: Chester, Virginia

We are currently partnered with a repeat client in Richmond seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney with 3–5 years of litigation experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected firm that values professional development, client service, and long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal memoranda
• Conduct depositions, hearings, and court appearances
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on high-stakes cases
• Manage cases independently while working within a supportive team environment

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in Virginia (or eligible for admission)
• 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Strong ability to manage cases and deadlines

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary of $160,000 – $180,000 (commensurate with experience)
