Key Responsibilities:

Handle a variety of environmental litigation matters, including cases under CERCLA, Proposition 65, and the Clean Air Act.

Draft and argue substantive motions in both state and federal court.

Perform detailed legal research and analysis on complex environmental regulatory and litigation issues.

Participate in discovery, depositions, and the development of case strategies.

Collaborate with senior attorneys on high-stakes, large-scale litigation matters.
Qualifications & Skills:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Active membership in the California Bar.

2-4 years of environmental litigation experience (commercial litigation experience is a plus).

Experience drafting discovery and substantive motions in both state and federal courts.

Strong academic credentials with demonstrated legal writing and oral advocacy skills.

Prior large case or law firm experience preferred.
