They are seeking a Tax Manager to join a team of highly motivated staff.  Performance Expectations for the Tax Manager:

• Light preparation of complex returns with minimal supervision
• Review of tax returns
• Mentoring & teaching staff
• Develop client relationships

Experience/Qualifications for the Tax Manager:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, or Equivalent
• CPA or EA Required
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in public accounting.
• Must have the ability to utilize firm technology to enhance client service
• Must be willing to work >40 hours per week during busy season

 Compensation for the Tax Manager:

• 25 days PTO/ year
• 401k w/match
• Profit sharing
• Major Holiday’s
• Medical/Dental/Vision (Fully paid by the firm for the employee)
• Family/ tight-knit feel
• Busy season hours capped at 55hrs/ week
