I'm partnering with a well-established general contractor that is looking to add a Senior Project Manager to lead large ground-up commercial and industrial projects throughout the Chicago area.

They're looking for a proven PM who can own budgets, buyout, owner and design-team relationships, and a team that looks to them to lead.

What You'll Do

• Lead large commercial and industrial projects from preconstruction to closeout
• Own budgets, forecasting, cost reports and change management
• Lead buyout and subcontract negotiation
• Build strong relationships with owners, architects and engineers
• Partner with superintendents on schedule, logistics and quality
• Mentor project engineers and assistant PMs

What You Bring

• 8+ years of GC-side project management
• Track record on large ground-up commercial or industrial projects
• Strong buyout, contract and financial skills
• Polished client-facing communication
• Degree in construction management, engineering or a related field preferred
• Proficiency with Procore and scheduling software
