Quality Engineer

A growing industrial manufacturer is seeking a hands-on Quality Engineer to lead company-wide quality efforts and maintain ISO 9001 and AS9100 certifications. This leadership role focuses on managing audits, driving continuous improvement, and implementing robust quality systems across production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee internal/external audits and maintain ISO 9001/AS9100 systems
• Lead FAIRs (AS9102) and implement PPAP, PFMEA, APQP, OEE
• Drive root cause investigations and corrective actions
• Manage supplier quality and process controls (SPC, MSA)
• Foster a proactive quality culture across teams

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in quality roles within machining, aerospace, or similar manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, FAIRs, PPAP, and related tools
• Audit, data analysis, and team leadership experience
• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Quality, or related field
