Take full responsibility for branch operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and profitability
Lead, mentor, and grow teams across sales, estimating, service, and production
Manage the P&L and execute strategic growth plans with a focus on process improvement
Work closely with company leadership to shape the vision and direction of the branch
Oversee project execution, ensuring jobs are completed on time and to the highest standards
Build a culture of performance, communication, and accountability
Hire, train, and develop talent to strengthen every department
Track KPIs and use data to drive smart decisions and continuous improvement
Build lasting relationships with clients, vendors, and community partners
