Commercial Litigation Attorney – California | Remote / Hybrid

Reputable national law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its sophisticated litigation practice. This is a great opportunity for an attorney who wants meaningful case responsibility, direct client interaction, and the chance to work closely with experienced litigators on complex commercial disputes.

What You’ll Do

• Manage key aspects of complex commercial litigation matters
• Handle discovery, depositions, and motion practice
• Draft substantive briefs, motions, and legal memoranda
• Participate in state and federal court matters, as well as arbitrations and mediations
• Take on increasing responsibility for case strategy and client relationships

Requirements

• 5+ years of litigation experience
• California Bar admission in good standing
• Strong discovery, motion practice, research, writing, and deposition experience
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
