Corporate Transactions Attorney: Middle-Market Deals with Hybrid Flexibility in Conshohocken

Our client, a respected suburban Philadelphia firm, is seeking a Corporate Transactions Attorney with 4+ years of experience for its Conshohocken office. The practice represents privately held businesses, private equity investors, and lenders in acquisitions, recapitalizations, financings, and complex commercial agreements.

This is a hybrid role. You will spend part of the week in the Conshohocken office and part working remotely, with significant client contact from day one.

What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, financing documents, and commercial contracts
• Coordinate due diligence and manage closing checklists
• Advise clients on transaction structure and risk allocation
• Handle general corporate and governance matters for ongoing clients
• Work closely with partners on client relationships and business development

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing
• 4+ years of corporate transactional experience
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple deals at once
• Comfort with a hybrid schedule
