Commercial Superintendent in Colorado Springs

Overview: A well-established and respected diverse commercial general contractor is seeking and experienced Superintendent to join their growing team. This company delivers a wide range of high-profile projects and offers both local and travel-based opportunities, depending on your preferences and strengths.

Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Travel Requirement: This would be for a healthcare project going up about 2.5 hours from the Springs. Once completed, it would mean relocation back to the Springs for future projects. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day field operations on active jobsites

• Coordinate labor, subcontractors, and materials to maintain schedules and efficiency

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and project specifications

• Communicate effectively with project managers, vendors, and field teams

• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and site logs

• Conduct regular jobsite meetings and provide ongoing progress updates

Ideal Background:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in healthcare construction

• Proven ability to manage crews and subcontractors across multiple phases of a project

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and documentation

• Proficiency with field tech such as Procore, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam (or similar)
