Litigation Associate (2–3 Years): San Francisco, CA

A respected San Francisco business law firm is looking to add an attorney with substantive civil litigation experience to their growing team. You'll get real ownership early, working on a broad and interesting docket alongside experienced trial lawyers at a firm known for collegiality and low turnover.

What they're looking for:

• 2–3 years of meaningful civil litigation experience
• Hands-on experience drafting pleadings and motions, handling written discovery, and managing case deadlines
• Exposure to complex commercial, trust, corporate/partnership, contract, or IP disputes is a plus
• J.D. from a Top 50 law school; law school transcripts required
• Demonstrably superior legal research and writing skills
• California bar admission, or eligibility to obtain it

Logistics:

• Base salary: $230,000–$245,000, depending on experience
• Varied docket: complex litigation, trust disputes, corporate and partnership disputes, contract disputes, IP disputes
