Project Engineer – Land Development

Location: Denver, Colorado

Salary Range: $92,000 – $105,000 annually

What You’ll Do:

  • Design commercial, residential, and industrial land development projects that shape thriving communities

  • Collaborate with dynamic teams to deliver due diligence, engineering design, and permitting packages

  • Serve as a trusted technical resource to Project Managers and clients

  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of excellence and knowledge-sharing

  • Support active construction projects through design coordination and quality oversight

What We’re Looking For:

  • A civil engineering degree and a passion for land development

  • 5+ years of relevant experience

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required or able to retain within 1 year

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

  • A collaborative mindset, technical accuracy, and problem-solving drive
