gpac is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager – Pet for a globally recognized and rapidly growing premium pet food brand.

This role is responsible for managing and growing strategic relationships with national and regional retailers and distributors within the Pet Specialty channel. You will drive distribution, sales growth, and long-term partnerships while collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to execute business strategy.

This is a high-impact,in-office role in Scottsdale, AZ (NO REMOTE OR HYBRID OPPORTUNITY) with direct visibility to leadership and influence on account strategy and market expansion.

Background & Experience:

• 5–10+ years of experience in CPG sales, pet industry sales, or related categories • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred • Experience managing national accounts, regional retailers, and/or distributors • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data, trends, and forecasts • Experience leading customer business reviews and presentations • Proven ability to drive growth through promotions, pricing, and strategic planning • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to travel as needed and work onsite in Scottsdale, AZ

Call to Action

This role offers a base salary of $90K–$110K, depending on experience.
