What You’ll Need to Succeed:✔️ 10+ years in commercial construction (private & municipal projects)✔️ Strong with plans/specs — you don’t need a PM holding your hand✔️ Skilled in pushing schedules & holding teams/subcontractors accountable✔️ Subcontractor management ✔️ Multifamily project experience is a bonus✔️ Degree in Building/Civil Engineering preferred — OR you’re a proven field leader✔️ Hands-on superintendent who thrives on-site, not behind a desk
