Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily work tasks based on project priorities and schedules
Assist with delegating responsibilities to crew members and subcontractors
Ensure projects maintain quality standards and stay within budget expectations
Follow and enforce jobsite safety procedures and best practices
Complete punch list items and final project details as needed
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ years of carpentry experience, including finish carpentry on residential or commercial construction projects
Experience assisting with or leading small to mid-sized crews preferred
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work within a team environment
