The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a seasoned attorney who possesses:
- 7+ Years of Experience: A proven track record handling a diverse caseload of Virginia Family Law matters, including complex divorce, custody, spousal support, and property division.
- Virginia Bar Membership: Active and in good standing with the Virginia State Bar is required.
- Self-Motivation & Autonomy: The ability to manage a full-service practice with minimal supervision, leveraging the remote work environment to maximize efficiency.
- Client-Focused Approach: An unwavering commitment to providing compassionate, strategic, and high-quality representation to clients during challenging life transitions.
- Strong Litigation Skills: Demonstrated experience in all phases of litigation, including mediation, depositions, motion practice, and trial.
