A leading Residential Custom Homebuilder/Remodeler in the area is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate, create business, and lead projects from start to finish. This is a great opportunity with a leading builder to build a great quality product!

Project Manager Qualifications:

• Experienced in luxury home remodeling valued at $1mil+
• Expert ability to manage project timelines and budgets
• Demonstrable ability to lead construction projects in various phases concurrently
• Industry consistent work history (with a Custom Home Builder/Remodeler)
• 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager
• Estimating/Take-offs with software experience required
• Ability to meet and discuss project with customers
• Vendor management
