About the Opportunity

A highly reputable and established plaintiff's personal injury firm is seeking a talented and driven Attorney to join their successful team in Bellevue, Washington.

This is a phenomenal opportunity to join a firm dedicated to achieving justice for their clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in plaintiff personal injury litigation and be eager to take on significant responsibility and complex cases. This role is explicitly designed for a professional seeking long-term growth and a clear path to firm partnership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a robust caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from initial intake through resolution.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses.
  • Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
  • Trial Experience Highly Valued: Candidates with experience trying personal injury cases to verdict are strongly encouraged to apply. However, lack of trial experience is not a deal-breaker for otherwise exceptional candidates.
  • Collaborate effectively with paralegals, support staff, and firm leadership.
  • Maintain open and regular communication with clients, providing compassionate and professional counsel.

What We're Looking For

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active membership in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association (or ability to waive in).
  • Essential Experience: A solid background working on the plaintiff's side in personal injury litigation.
  • Relevant Areas: Experience in specific areas such as medical malpractice or premises liability will be strongly considered.
  • Firm Requirement: Candidates who have worked solely on the defense side will not be considered for this specific role.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • A dedicated, results-oriented professional with a strong work ethic.

Work Environment

  • This is a 100% in-office position, required Monday through Friday at the firm's Bellevue, WA location.
  • The firm fosters a collaborative and supportive environment, prioritizing client advocacy and professional excellence.
