Project Manager Qualifications:

  • SC and/or NC Professional Engineer License required, or ability to obtain within 6 months
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or other related degree
  • 5-10+ years of experience in land development/site design and permitting
  • Knowledge of stormwater management design regulations
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D required
  • Self-starter who can work independently and with team members (help department manager with running projects)
  • Excellent written, communication and organization skills
  • Business Development/Marketing experience is always a plus!

Job Description: Be engaged in the marketing and planning of engineering projects, project design and construction management for a variety of civil/site projects. This work will include design engineering and construction observation for site development, storm water management and site grading and erosion control.
