What You’ll Do:
🔹 Own the jobsite from start to finish—schedule, quality, safety, subs, logistics
🔹 Lead interior flips, build-outs, and creative renovations
🔹 Coordinate with project managers, designers, and clients for smooth execution
🔹 Maintain jobsite safety and a positive team environment
🔹 Problem-solve in real-time to keep projects on track and on budget
What You Bring:
🔸 3+ years of experience in commercial construction—interior renovations a plus
🔸 Proven ability to run jobsites independently and lead trade teams
🔸 Strong scheduling, coordination, and communication skills
🔸 A proactive, solutions-first mindset
🔸 Tech-savvy with field software (Procore, PlanGrid, or similar)
