Position Overview
Established commercial pool contractor seeking an experienced Pool Building Foreman to lead field operations on commercial pool projects. This is a hands-on role overseeing crews, subcontractors, materials, scheduling, quality, and jobsite safety.
Responsibilities
Lead daily construction activities for commercial pool projects
Supervise crews and subcontractors and coordinate materials/equipment
Read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction drawings
Monitor project schedule, quality, safety, and progress
Troubleshoot field issues and communicate with Project Management
Coordinate inspections and maintain a safe, organized jobsite
Travel to commercial pool projects as needed
Qualifications
Commercial pool construction experience required
Previous Foreman, Superintendent, or Lead experience preferred
Ability to read construction plans and coordinate multiple trades
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel extensively
