Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily work tasks based on project priorities and schedules

• Assist with delegating responsibilities to crew members and subcontractors

• Ensure projects maintain quality standards and stay within budget expectations

• Follow and enforce jobsite safety procedures and best practices

• Complete punch list items and final project details as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 1+ years of carpentry experience, including finish carpentry on residential or commercial construction projects

• Experience assisting with or leading small to mid-sized crews preferred

• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work within a team environment
