Litigation Secretary

A well-established and highly respected law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Secretary with 5+ years of experience to join its collaborative team. What You'll Do

  • Support attorneys through all phases of litigation
  • Prepare, proofread, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
  • Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and court filings
  • Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and client meetings
  • Maintain case files and communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
  • Assist with trial preparation and general administrative support

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of litigation secretary experience in a law firm
  • Strong knowledge of court filing procedures and litigation deadlines
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
  • Detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment
