Labor & Employment Associate Attorney – San Diego, CA

GPAC has partnered with an established California law firm seeking a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants sophisticated labor and employment work, strong mentorship, meaningful client interaction, and a flexible work environment.

What You'll Do:

• Advise clients on a broad range of labor and employment matters

• Handle workplace investigations and administrative matters

• Assist with labor relations and negotiations

• Conduct legal research and develop practical, well-reasoned solutions

• Draft and review legal documents, correspondence, and other written work

• Manage multiple matters while working closely with experienced attorneys and clients

• Participate in hearings, negotiations, and other proceedings as appropriate

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of Labor & Employment experience

• Strong legal research and writing skills

• Experience with employment investigations and/or administrative proceedings

• Labor relations or negotiation experience

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team

• Experience representing public-sector clients is helpful but not required
