JOB DESCRIPTION

GPAC is currently assisting a growing and stable client with their search for a AR/AP BookKeeper. This is a Roofing company that has been in business for over 30 years and has just had their senior controller of 15 years put in her two week notice. This individual will be responsible for accounting operations and more within the company.

AR/AP BookKeeper Responsibilities:

• Handling full AR and AP cycles
• Month end closing responsibilities
• Preparation of financial statements
• Work with auditors
• Work closely with leadership team
• Ensure compliance

AR/AP BookKeeper Background Requirements:

• B.S. degree in accounting, finance, or related field, OR
• Minimum of three years of accounting experience
• Experience working in Construction world is preferred
• Strong financial management and business acumen
