Position Summary:
The Sitework PM manages civil-focused scopes including earthwork, utilities, paving, and site preparation for commercial and industrial builds.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop budgets, schedules, and manpower projections
Oversee subcontractor coordination and utility verification
Track quantities, production rates, and cost performance
Lead progress meetings and maintain project reporting
Qualifications:
5–8+ years civil/sitework management experience
