Position Summary:
The Senior Project Manager provides leadership across planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of complex commercial projects. This role manages multiple active projects while coaching junior project staff and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead preconstruction planning, budgeting, and risk assessments
Develop full project schedules, manpower forecasts, and logistics plans
Manage subcontractor buyout, scope alignment, and contract controls
Lead project meetings with owners, designers, and stakeholders
Maintain financial reporting, cost tracking, and forecasting
Ensure quality standards and project documentation requirements
Qualifications:
8–12+ years commercial project management experience
Strong cost control and schedule management background
Experience leading multiple project teams
