Lead and manage site design projects from concept to completion.
Mentor and guide high-performing civil engineering project teams.
Oversee budgets, schedules, client communication, and quality control.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
Conduct technical reviews and ensure regulatory compliance across all phases.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through responsive service and project success.
Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and growing existing accounts.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license
Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil site design and project management
Strong understanding of engineering design principles, local regulations, and development processes
Proven ability to lead project teams, manage priorities, and exceed expectations
Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills
