Position: Physical Therapist

Position Summary: One of our top clients is seeking compassionate and skilled Physical TherapistS to join their dedicated team. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide individualized physical therapy services to patients wheather in their homes or in one of our clinics, helping them to achieve their optimal level of function and independence.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical evaluations to assess patients' functional abilities and identify treatment goals
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans, including exercises, modalities, and functional training
• Provide education and instruction to patients and their families regarding home exercise programs and self-care techniques
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements and professional standards

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
• Current physical therapy license in the state of Florida.
• Experience in home health or outpatient physical therapy preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals
