This is a rare partnership-track role with an established firm where many employees have stayed for 20+ years.
💼 About the Role:
You’ll work on a wide range of cases, including:
Contract and business disputes
Bankruptcy litigation
Real estate and probate court litigation
Other general commercial litigation
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and being part of a collaborative team. You'll handle cases independently, with opportunities to first- or second-chair trials and contribute to building the firm's litigation practice.
🧠What You Need:
JD + Massachusetts Bar license
4–8 years of commercial litigation experience
Trial experience (1st or 2nd chair preferred)
Comfortable with a 1700 billable hour target
Versatility and willingness to pitch in across practice areas
Experience on either defense or plaintiff side
