Are you a skilled Commercial Litigator looking for a new opportunity with real leadership potential? We’re working with a highly respected Massachusetts law firm that’s growing and seeking a litigator with 4–8 years of experience to join their team. This is a rare partnership-track role with an established firm where many employees have stayed for 20+ years.


💼 About the Role:
You’ll work on a wide range of cases, including:

  • Contract and business disputes

  • Bankruptcy litigation

  • Real estate and probate court litigation

  • Other general commercial litigation

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and being part of a collaborative team. You'll handle cases independently, with opportunities to first- or second-chair trials and contribute to building the firm's litigation practice.


🧠 What You Need:

  • JD + Massachusetts Bar license

  • 4–8 years of commercial litigation experience

  • Trial experience (1st or 2nd chair preferred)

  • Comfortable with a 1700 billable hour target

  • Versatility and willingness to pitch in across practice areas

  • Experience on either defense or plaintiff side
