 Project Manager – High-End Custom Residential 

Join a respected, stable custom home builder known for integrity, quality, and a team-first culture. We’re seeking a detail-driven Project Manager to oversee high-end residential builds with precision and pride.

•  Manage full-scope custom home projects—budgets, schedules, trades, and client relations. You’ll work closely with a collaborative team and deliver exceptional homes with top craftsmanship.

Experience

• 3–10 years managing high-end custom homes
• Strong in scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting
• Proficient with Procore and Excel (or similar)
• Skilled in reading plans, surveys, topography, and foundations
• Strong communicator and team collaborator
• Humble, hardworking, organized, and results-driven
• Pride in craftsmanship and doing things right
• Understands the local subcontractor landscape (a plus)
• Comfortable in a "work hard, play hard" culture
• Flexible hours—get the job done and you’re good
