Manager – Engineering & Technical Services
Location: Montana / Mountain West Region | Full-Time | On-Site
A leading power generation facility in Montana's Mountain West region is seeking a proven Manager of Engineering & Technical Services to lead site-wide engineering strategy, project execution, and technical operations. What You’ll Do:
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers (mechanical, electrical, civil, I&C)
Drive the safe, efficient execution of capital projects and infrastructure upgrades
Ensure plant reliability, compliance, and long-range technical planning
Support financial oversight of multi-million-dollar engineering and construction budgets
Serve as the connection point between technical teams, operations leadership, and corporate stakeholders
What You Bring:
Proven success managing engineering teams in a power generation or heavy industrial environment
Strong project management skills—able to take initiatives from concept to completion
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field)
PE license or advanced degree preferred
The Package:
$175K–$200K base salary
20% bonus
