Your Role:

• Prepare and review sophisticated estate planning documents: revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, deeds & marital property agreements.
• Design and implement personalized estate and business succession plans
• Handle estate and trust administration from start to finish with precision and professionalism
• Counsel clients on strategies for wealth transfer, minimizing estate tax exposure, and charitable giving
• Stay ahead of legal trends and regulatory changes in trust and estate law

What You Bring:

• Experience in estate planning and trust administration
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues alike
• Licensed in North Carolina or eligible to waive in
