Position Responsibilities
Operate excavators and backhoes safely and efficiently
Load and unload equipment and materials
Assist with site preparation and grading
Work hands-on with the crew when not operating equipment
Follow safety procedures and maintain clean job sites
Qualifications
Proven experience operating excavators and backhoes
Ability to load/unload equipment
Willingness to work alongside crew members
Strong work ethic and reliability
CDL Class B is a major plus
Must be local to Pittsburgh or willing to relocate
Compensation & Benefits
$28–$40+ per hour (based on experience)
Typical 50-hour work week
