A growing manufacturing operation in Southern Wisconsin is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join its night-shift team. This is an opportunity to work with modern automated manufacturing equipment, robotics, conveyors, packaging systems, and electrical/mechanical systems in a fast-paced production environment.
The ideal candidate is more than a parts changer—you’re a problem solver who can troubleshoot equipment, identify the root cause of failures, and get production moving again.
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated manufacturing equipment
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control-system issues
Troubleshoot and maintain robotics and automated production systems
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to improve equipment reliability
Troubleshoot motors, gearboxes, conveyors, sensors, drives, and other production equipment
Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment documentation
Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime
Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous-improvement projects
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized maintenance environment
Partner with production and other maintenance team members to keep equipment running efficiently
2+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience
Hands-on experience troubleshooting robotics or automated manufacturing equipment
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Experience with conveyors, motors, sensors, VFDs, pneumatics, hydraulics, or PLC-controlled equipment
Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently during an overnight shift
Manufacturing or food & beverage experience is a plus
