A well-established General Contractor in the Dallas area is seeking an experienced Superintendent with a background in Tenant Improvement and Class A interior construction.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily field operations on TI and Class A interior projects
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and jobsite coordination
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines
• Maintain jobsite safety and compliance
• Coordinate with Project Managers and project teams

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor
• Strong background in Tenant Improvement and Class A interiors
• Ability to manage multiple trades and fast-paced interior projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
