We're partnering with a rapidly growing natural gas utility contractor seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent who holds the Georgia Utility Manager/Qualifier Certification required to qualify utility contractors in the state.
This company has achieved 100% year-over-year growth for the past four years and is expanding into Georgia. They're looking for a hands-on field leader who wants more than just another superintendent role—they're looking for someone who wants to help build and lead a new operation from the ground up.
Provide overall field leadership for natural gas utility construction projects from startup through completion
Direct Superintendents, Foremen, crews, subcontractors, and field personnel to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
Maintain the highest standards for safety, quality, and production across multiple job sites
Coordinate closely with Project Managers, owners, engineers, inspectors, and utility representatives
Oversee manpower planning, equipment utilization, scheduling, and daily field operations
Identify and resolve field challenges while maintaining project productivity and profitability
Mentor and develop field leadership to build a strong, high-performing team
Assist in establishing and expanding the company's Georgia operations while fostering long-term client relationships
Active Georgia Utility Manager/Qualifier Certification
Extensive experience supervising natural gas utility construction projects
Proven ability to lead multiple crews and manage complex field operations
Strong knowledge of underground utility construction, safety regulations, scheduling, and quality control
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to build relationships with clients, inspectors, and project stakeholders
Self-motivated leader with an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to help grow a new regional operation
