Job Description

Human Resources & Office Manager & Talent Acquisitions

 Oversee the full employee lifecycle while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This individual will play a key role in supporting company culture, driving HR best practices, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer the full employee lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding

  • Lead recruitment efforts including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and proactive pipeline development

  • Manage payroll administration and employee benefits enrollment

  • Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook updates

  • Oversee annual performance review processes

Office Management

  • Oversee daily office operations including vendor management, supplies, and equipment

  • Coordinate internal company communications

  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws

  • Plan and execute company meetings, events, and team-building activities

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of HR and/or Office Management experience (construction or related industry preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment compliance

  • Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail

  • High level of discretion and ability to manage confidential information

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and problem-solving skills

  • Effective conflict resolution abilities
