- Approximately $500K in recurring tax and advisory revenue

Leadership & Transition Expectations
- The firm is seeking a senior tax leader to transition with the book if they choose and provide continuity, leadership, and advisory depth throughout the integration process. Ideal background includes:
- CPA with 20+ years of public accounting experience
- Expertise in federal, state, and international tax planning
- Experience with M&A, cross-border transactions, and complex structuring
- Proven ability to advise on entity structuring, restructurings, and exit planning
- Track record of organic growth ($100K+ annually)
- Experience mentoring and leading teams
