Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring excellent service and retention.
Process new submissions efficiently, sometimes requiring quick turnarounds outside of normal business hours.
Maintain client relationships through strategic problem-solving and expert guidance.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to support renewals, coverage placement, and account servicing.
Utilize agency management system software to streamline workflows and manage account activity effectively.
What You Bring:
Experience managing a commercial book independently
Proven ability to handle complex accounts
Strong analytical and relationship-management skills
Proficiency with AMS360 or EPIC software or similar CRM platforms
