You’ll represent employers, carriers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters from inception through resolution, including:
Initial claim evaluation and strategy
Managing discovery and medical records
Depositions of claimants, physicians, and vocational experts
Motion practice
Settlement negotiations
Hearings before administrative judges
5 years of workers’ compensation defense experience
Ability to independently manage a full caseload
Strong organizational and client communication skills
New Jersey Bar admission
Professional but down-to-earth culture

Clear expectations and consistent workflow
Support staff to help manage volume efficiently
