The Practice

You’ll represent employers, carriers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters from inception through resolution, including:

  • Initial claim evaluation and strategy

  • Managing discovery and medical records

  • Depositions of claimants, physicians, and vocational experts

  • Motion practice

  • Settlement negotiations

  • Hearings before administrative judges

This is a hands-on litigation role — not just file monitoring.


What They’re Looking For

  • 3–8+ years of workers’ compensation defense experience

  • Ability to independently manage a full caseload

  • Strong organizational and client communication skills

  • Mississippi Bar admission

Multi-state comp experience is a plus but not required.
