Job Description

We are seeking a tenured MEP Engineer (PE) with 6 – 10 years of experience and proven leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can establish the engineering division, deliver projects efficiently, and collaborate across disciplines. This role is designed for someone who wants to step into a leadership track and grow into a key asset — with the potential to become a partner in the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Establish and grow the company’s in-house engineering program.
• Provide leadership to ensure projects are delivered effectively and efficiently.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of professional engineering experience.
• Registered PE Required
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ideal candidate has commercial projects experience.
• Able to commit to taking initiative building new programs within the firm.
