We’re looking for a talented mid-level or senior associate with strong experience and academic credentials to join our Trusts, Estates, and Wealth Preservation practice in Naples! 🌴✨
What you’ll do:
🖋️ Draft a wide range of estate planning documents (wills, trusts, and related instruments) 🤝 Work directly and frequently with clients 💡 Advise individuals and families on trust structures & wealth transfer tax strategies 📈 Design business succession plans 📜 Counsel fiduciaries on estate and trust administration 🧾 Prepare and review federal estate, gift & fiduciary income tax returns 🔍 Conduct research and writing on estate, trust, and tax matters ⚖️ Support litigation efforts related to wills, trusts, and fiduciary administration

Technical skills: 📚 Minimum 4 years of trusts and estates experience (more experience welcomed!) ✍️ Proven experience drafting key legal documents in trusts and estates matters
Other requirements: ⚖️ Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing
