Position Summary

A premier, physician-owned and physician-led dermatology practice is seeking a Physician Assistant to join its expanding team. This outpatient clinic prioritizes high-quality, patient-centered dermatologic care in a supportive and compassionate environment. The ideal candidate is collaborative, motivated, and committed to delivering prompt, professional, and empathetic care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, and treatment of dermatologic conditions

  • Deliver care in a fast-paced outpatient setting (3 to 5 days per week)

  • Collaborate closely with supervising physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare staff

  • Complete and maintain accurate, timely electronic medical records

  • Promote a positive patient experience with attention to detail, efficiency, and empathy

  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory and clinical quality standards

  • Contribute to community outreach and educational initiatives when needed

Candidate Requirements

  • Master’s Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program

  • Active Ohio PA license (or eligibility to obtain)

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience in dermatology (required)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to excellence in patient care
