One of our top clients, a highly respected Oregon law firm, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join their Litigation & Trial Practice Group. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-stakes commercial litigation, gaining hands-on experience in all phases of litigation—from pleadings through trial.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Litigate cases through all phases, including trial.

✔ Conduct discovery, draft motions, and engage in legal research.

✔ Argue motions and assist in trial preparation.

✔ Contribute to appellate practice when needed.

 

Qualifications:

✔ 2-5 years of commercial litigation experience (law firm experience preferred).

✔ Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited ABA law school.

✔ Active Oregon State Bar membership in good standing.

✔ Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

 

Compensation & Benefits:

💰 Base Salary: $120K-$150K (commensurate with experience).
